PUTECH Co., Ltd. (the "Company") complies with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, and has established this Privacy Policy to safely handle personal information received through its website (putech.co.kr). This policy applies to B2B and export inquiries made through the Company website. Personal information on online stores (such as the LIA LAB official store) and Naver Smart Store is handled under each service's own policy. This English version is a translation; if there is any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
1. Personal information we collect and how
We collect the following through the inquiry form on our website. We do not offer membership or payment functions.
- Required: company, contact person, email, message
- Optional: country, inquiry type
- Collected automatically: time of submission, page address from which the inquiry was sent, language setting
2. Purpose of processing
We use the information only to review, reply to and consult on B2B, export, OEM and ODM inquiries and to provide trade terms. If the purpose changes, we will ask for your consent in advance.
3. Retention period
Information is kept for 1 year from the date the inquiry is handled and then deleted. If the inquiry leads to a transaction, it may be kept for the period required by related laws, such as Korea's Commercial Act and the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
4. Provision to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where specially provided for by law or requested by an investigative agency in accordance with the law.
5. Outsourcing and overseas transfer
We outsource the following work to receive and store inquiries. In this process, personal information may be stored on servers outside Korea.

If you do not wish your information to be transferred overseas, you may contact us by email ([email protected]) or phone instead of using the inquiry form.
6. Destruction procedure and method
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose is achieved. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information. Contact the Privacy Officer below by email or phone and we will act without delay. Requests may also be made through a legal representative or an authorized person.
8. Security measures
- We keep the number of staff handling personal information to a minimum and manage access rights.
- Inquiry data is stored only in Company accounts with restricted access.
- The website and inquiry transmission use encrypted communication (HTTPS).
9. Cookies and automatic collection
Our website does not use cookies to identify visitors or for advertising. Brand videos are provided in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and connect to YouTube (Google) only when you press the play button.
